Floor cut away and fuel tank removed
Reconstruction of the center console begins with blanking out the holes left by old instruments with plugs encased in epoxy. 
​Scott is covering the large blank with boat cloth which will house the new face mounted chart plotter, VHF, and switch panel.  
With the old transom removed, a new transom constructed with layers of plywood and epoxy will measure 3 3/4" thick when finished. A Gill bracket will hold the new outboard.
Outside glassed with glass matt, then a layer of bi-axle, another layer of bi-axle and then another layer of matt.
New floor fitted on stringers, floor covered in boat cloth and epoxy, transom and console ready for primer, and being primed in paint tent.
